Processing & delivery time depend on time of year, ship-to location and shipping method.
Generally, we ship your order within 2-4 business days of receipt. Please allow extra time during the holiday season.

Canadian Orders

Must be prepaid in U.S. dollars.
Are consolidated and handled through a third-party shipper and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Duties and Value Added Taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

International Orders

We currently ship directly to addresses within the United States and Canada. If you are located elsewhere, you can still order from us by using a third-party package forwarding service. Many of our international customers do this successfully–simply sign up with the package forwarder of your choice, use their provided U.S. address at checkout, and they will deliver directly to you.


Out-of-Stock Items

Our online inventory is updated daily; however, it is not a “real time” inventory. As a result, it is possible for an item to go out-of-stock after you place your order. Should this occur, the item will be placed on backorder.

  • In most cases, backordered items will be sent when all out-of-stock items are available; your in-stock items will arrive first, followed by one later delivery of all backordered items.
  • If you paid by credit card, your card will not be charged for backordered items until sent; no additional shipping charges will be added when we send the backordered items.
  • If you would rather we not place out-of-stock items on backorder for you, please use the Special Instructions box (Payment Method page) to tell us your preference.
  • Sometimes circumstances beyond our control affect availability, therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any backorder.
