The size and grandeur of the redwood tree is dramatically portrayed on one side of these recycled paperboard boxes. Each side offers a different environmental education opportunity: a counting activity, a nature poem, a look at the tree’s inhabitants, the view from above (starting in space and continuing down to the forest floor!).
This multi-faceted set offers nesting, stacking, sequencing, counting, and rhyming activities to challenge children as they grow. Children in Montessori schools will undoubtedly see the resemblance to their classroom Pink Tower.
The ten hollow blocks are made of sturdy, recycled paperboard, covered with laminated paper. The blocks range in size from 1" to 5 3/8". The completed tower stands 34" high.
