Parts of an Atom Diagram

Before understanding matter, children must learn about atoms. Atoms are the basic building blocks of matter. This set of duplicate diagrams illustrates and defines an atom and its five significant parts. The six definition cards are cut off one of the diagrams. The child reads the definition cards and relocates them alongside the atom illustration. The duplicate diagram card serves as the control. Background information and lesson suggestions are included for the teacher. Cards (6¾" x 13") are in full color and laminated.
