Can I enter my Group Order online?
Yes. Placing your Group Order has never been easier! Calculate amounts due, print Family and Group Order records, reduce item errors, and handle the "paperwork" from any computer at your convenience. Start my online Group Order now!
Accurate math speeds delivery!: The smallest math error can delay processing. Our new online system helps find and resolve common mistakes before you submit the Group Order. Before a family writes a check, you can print the family order record showing the calculated total amount due for the family, and you can compare family check amounts to the calculated amounts due.
Readability reduces mistakes: Hard-to-read item numbers can delay processing and create errors or delays. The online system will tell you if a family order item number is invalid. If parents review their printed orders before you submit your Group Order, incorrect items are likely to be spotted and corrected in advance.
Manage your order on your schedule: Begin as soon as you know which families are participating, wait for your first family order, or enter orders into the Quick Order Form all at once. You'll see how close your Group Order merchandise total is to the $500 magic number at all times. Quickly add or delete items (or whole family orders) to reflect last minute changes.
Fewer surprises for families: Despite our best efforts, items sometimes go out-of-stock during the holiday season. The online system tells you if an item is on backorder and when it is expected. You can alert the family in advance, and/or adjust their order (and payment!) before you submit the Group Order.
