Our new Online Ordering feature gives you fast, convenient ordering
24 hours a day. First, set up your log-in profile; only you can
access your stored information. Then, when you are ready to order,
simply type in the item numbers and quantities you need; your order
will be downloaded the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates
- Generally, we ship your order within one week of receipt.
- Processing and delivery time depends on the time of year, ship-to location and shipping method.
- If your order must arrive by a particular date, please contact us for options.
- Most U.S. customers may request Expedited Ground or Air service at an additional charge. Please contact us at info@montessoriservices.com about availability and charges. Expedited service may not be available for all items or locations.
- You will receive your shipment tracking number via email, provided your order includes a valid email address (UPS only).

- After we process your order, allow 7 to 10 weekdays for delivery within the contiguous US.

International Orders
- Must be prepaid in U.S. dollars.
- Minimum order: $100 (U.S.).
- Special handling fee applies to every international order.
- Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight, and final destination of the order; we cannot determine actual shipping charges or method until the order has been processed.
- Out-of-stock items will be cancelled.
- Some items may not be available for export.

Out-of-Stock Items
Our online inventory is updated daily; however, it is not a "real time" inventory. As a result, it is possible for an item to go out-of-stock after you place your order. Should this occur, the item will be placed on backorder.
- Backordered items will be sent when all out-of-stock items are available; you will receive your delivery of in-stock items first, followed by one later delivery of all backordered items.
- You will not be charged for backordered items until sent; no additional shipping charges will be added when we send the backordered items.
- On the invoice enclosed with your order, for each backordered item on the order, you will see a quantity listed in the column titled QBO (Quantity Back Ordered).
- Sometimes circumstances beyond our control affect availability, therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any backorder.
- If you would rather we not place out-of-stock items on backorder for you, please use the Special Instructions box (Payment Method page) to tell us your preference.

Add a Special Shipping Item to Your Online Order
We are unable to process online orders for Special Shipping items at this
time, however we will add a Special Shipping item to your online order with
your authorization (see below), upon receipt of the order. We apologize for
this extra step; be assured this is a temporary problem which we expect to
correct very soon.
To authorize adding a Special Shipping item to your online order:
1. Please forward your order confirmation email to info@montessoriservices.com
2. Add a note in the body of the email authorizing us to add the Special Shipping item to the order
3. Include in the forwarded email the item number of the item you wish to add

Refunds & Exchanges
Occasionally, orders arrive damaged or otherwise not as expected.
Our intention is to remedy such situations as quickly as possible.
Please contact us immediately to report shortages or other claims as
soon as possible, and within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Please have your order number ready.
- If merchandise is broken or damaged in shipment:
Keep the original shipping carton and all packing supplies.
Do not return the damaged item to us unless instructed to do so.
We will incur any costs related to replacing a damaged item.
- If there is a problem with the contents of your order:
Do not return any items to us unless instructed to do so.
We will incur any costs related to correcting our error.
- If you do not wish to keep an item you ordered:
We maintain an
unconditional refund policy. To expedite processing, please contact us
through the link above before returning the item. We will give you a return
authorization number and instructions for return. Original shipping charges
are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for refund or exchange items are
the customer's responsibility.

Credit Vouchers, and Discount Promotions
You may use these credits online. When you place your online order, please record the Credit Voucher number and amount, or the promotion keycode in the Special Instructions box on the Payment Method page.
Credits will be applied after we receive your online order.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
Whether purchased online or by mail, phone, or fax, Gift Certificates may be redeemed with any subsequent order. Please be aware that our online order software cannot deduct the Gift Certificate amount automatically. We must adjust your order total after we receive the online order. We need the Gift Certificate number to adjust your Order Total.
When you redeem a Gift Certificate online, please record the Gift Certificate number in the Special Instructions box on the Payment Method page.
If your online order combines a Gift Certificate and a credit card payment, the Gift Certificate amount will be deducted before you are billed, so long as you provide the Gift Certificate number. Credit cards are not billed until the order is shipped.

Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available online in the following increments: $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $500. Purchase online Gift Certificate now. If you cannot achieve the amount you need using these increments, please phone our toll-free Orders/Customer Service line to order: 877-975-3003 M-F, 8-4:30 Pacific Time.
Gift Certificates arrive with a catalog, and can be shipped directly to the recipient. Gift Certificates ship free of charge and are not subject to sales tax. They do not expire. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. If your order total is less than the Gift Certificate total, you may use the remaining Gift Certificate balance on a subsequent order, however we will not send you an updated Gift Certificate.

Safety is as important to us as it is to you. Most of us are parents ourselves—we choose items for Montessori Services and For Small Hands as if for our own homes. Whether an item is made in the U.S.A. or imported from Europe, Africa, Asia, or South America, we are fully committed to working with reputable businesses who stand behind the safety of their items.
We only consider items with safe, non-toxic finishes. Our kitchen items are always safe for food. In the rare event that a safety concern arises, we will recall the item without delay.
Of course, adult discretion and supervision are necessary when children are using items that are breakable, sharp, or contain small parts which could pose a hazard to young children.
