Normally, Expedited Ground deliveries should arrive within five business days of ordering. However, during the holiday season please allow up to a week of processing time.

Canadian Orders

Must be prepaid in U.S. dollars.
Duties and Value Added Taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Out-of-stock items will be canceled, or order will be held until all items are in stock and then order will be shipped complete.
Some items may not be available for export.

International Orders

Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight, and final destination of the order; we cannot determine actual shipping charges until the order has been placed. After your order has been placed, we will email the shipping charge and merchandise total to the email address provided. After you reply with your approval, your order will be processed, billed and shipped.

  • Must be prepaid in U.S. dollars.
  • Minimum order: $100 (U.S.) merchandise total.
  • Shipping will be added after we have reviewed the full order.
  • Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight, and final destination of the order; we cannot determine actual shipping charges or method until the order has been processed.
  • Duties and Value Added Taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • $50 wire fee will be added if a wire is required.
  • Shipping times can vary greatly and may take 10 days or up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Out-of-Stock Items

Our online inventory is updated daily; however, it is not a “real time” inventory. As a result, it is possible for an item to go out-of-stock after you place your order. Should this occur, the item will be placed on backorder.

  • In most cases, backordered items will be sent when all out-of-stock items are available; your in-stock items will arrive first, followed by one later delivery of all backordered items.
  • If you paid by credit card, your card will not be charged for backordered items until sent; no additional shipping charges will be added when we send the backordered items.
  • If you paid with PayPal, your order was paid in full when placed; no further charges will be made when backorders are sent. Any canceled items will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
  • On the invoice enclosed with your order, for each item on the order, the invoice column marked QOR shows how many were ordered; the column marked QSH shows how many were shipped; the column marked QBO shows how many are on backorder.
  • If an item was partially filled, you will see a number in both the QBO and QSH columns.
  • If we shipped none of an item, it will be listed at the end of your packing slip/invoice and you will see a zero in the QSH column.
  • If you would rather we not place out-of-stock items on backorder for you, please use the Special Instructions box (Payment Method page) to tell us your preference.
  • Sometimes circumstances beyond our control affect availability, therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any backorder.

Drop-Ship Items

Some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Drop-Ship items may not be sent by an expedited or express shipping method; only Regular Ground shipping is available for these items. Some Drop-Ship items (see product page) may be shipped only within the contiguous U.S.
