Peruvian Spin Drum

Children will be fascinated by the spinning movement and excited by the big sound of this two-sided traditional folk drum. When children roll the central “drumstick” between their palms, the drum spins and the two attached beaters strike both drum heads.

This intriguing percussion instrument is a fair trade import from the South American country of Peru. A story card summarizing the cultural origins of each drum is included. 4" dia. drum; 10" long stick. Ages 3 and up.
