Slightly thinner than regular sponges, these cellulose sponges are easier for a young child to grasp and squeeze. Cut in half for table washing or the cleanup area or in quarters for small pouring activities on a tray. Soak each compressed sponge in water; it expands to 3¼" x 4½" x ½"
