This is almost the exact same Spirograph that parents remember from their childhood—only better! Created by a mechanical engineer in 1965, this classic design toy encourages fine motor skills and creativity as children make intricate designs with plastic wheels, rings, and pens.
One improvement is that children use a special putty to hold the pieces in place (instead of the pin or plastic brackets) so the final artwork doesn’t have holes in it. Also, the new pieces work with most types of pens found in the market, in addition to the three retractable pens in the set.
More than 45 pieces are packed in a durable carrying case with a built-in work surface. Includes detailed instruction book. Ages 8 and up.
