Parents who get together and place a qualifying Group Order can earn even more. Order by mail or fax, or use our online system. It’s easy for coordinators to manage Group Orders conveniently and accurately online.

How much credit can Group Orders earn?
Group Orders between $25.00 and $500.00 (in merchandise) earn 10%. Group Orders over $500.00 earn 15% of the merchandise total in merchandise credit. Group Orders over $500.00 placed by October 23 also receive free shipping.

What qualifies a Group Order for Credit?
A Group Order for credit is any order for items from the For Small Hands catalog, placed between September 1 and December 31, 2010, paid with one payment (either ONE check or ONE credit card), and shipped to ONE address.

It works like “scrip” — with less paperwork
We automatically tally credits accumulated for each participating school! Each time a family places a qualifying order from our For Small Hands family resource catalog during the promotion (and assigns credit to your school), your school receives a merchandise credit. In January 2011, we will mail you your school’s merchandise credit voucher; credit voucher expires December 31, 2011. The voucher can be redeemed on any school order from the Montessori Services School Catalog or the For Small Handscatalog (or website) placed by December 31, 2011.

Group Order Dates & Deadlines:
September 1, 2010: Promotion begins.
October 23, 2010: Group Order deadline for Free Shipping (Group Orders over $500)
November 22, 2010: Group Order deadline for Guaranteed Holiday Delivery.
December 31, 2010: Promotion ends.
